Source to Pay Specialist with German and English Language (m/f)

Your role
- Posting of 3rd party invoices, taking care about posted invoices until ready for payment
- Communication with suppliers and colleagues from respective countries (Germany and Switzerland) in case of errors, missing data or problems
- Vendor calls, emails/tickets and dunning letters handling
- Resolving queries in regard to value-deviations of invoices or credit notes
- Taking care about standard procedures and constantly striving to improve the processes
- Reconciliation activities
- Checking of special reports (double posting check report, R-Block report)
Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to finance, suitable also for fresh graduates but previous experience in this field is an advantage
- Knowledge of German language on communicative level and English language at least on an intermediate level
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and a high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Interest to work in an international team and constantly improve processes
- Team player
