Your role

  • Supporting the Audit Team (e.g. time scheduling & meeting organization, correspondence, travel planning, Visa´s, T&E claims)
  • Travel arrangements and related administration
  • Formatting and distributing of the final audit reports and inventory reports.
  • Supporting the Audit Group Leader in the organization & distribution of Alert Letters
  • Ordering office material
  • Supporting the Audit Group Leader in the organization of the external auditors
  • Organizing Knowledge Transfers and managing documentation of the KPI for Trainings & Knowledge Transfers
  • Maintenance CA intranet page

Your skills

  • 1 –2 years of similar experience
  • At least higher level of education finished
  • Excellent level of English language (verbal and written form)
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Proactive, creative, flexible, accurate and reliable person, with ability to prioritize and adjust to different workloads, stress resistant
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
