Our Shared Service Center in Bratislava is enlarging new department to support the roll out of new TMS (Transport Management System) tool and ensure in the future a professional transport planning execution for all Henkel divisions. We deliver a high performing support for purchasing activities in the fields of logistics - warehouse management, outbound transportation in all types: road, rail, see, air and parcel. Our goal is to increase standardization & compliance in the purchasing process and support the rollout of our pre-calculation tool for freights. Who we are looking for

  • Knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions), VBA would be a big advantage
  • Technical orientation, interest in Databases, analytical thinking and other PC skills are very welcome
  • Knowledge of English language on an active level, good communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Previous administration experience gained in international environment is an advantage
  • Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details, independent with the ability to take ownership
  • Interest to constantly improve processes and think about new solutions
