Material Management and Stocktaking Team is a part of Supply Chain department and is responsible for various Supply Chain activities such as updating & creation of documentations, ordering process & cooperation with our suppliers or contract manufacturers. The eFolders Team creates, checks and updates the documentation in the electronic folders which are available for the subcontractors to ensure proper execution of processes in our subcontractor production sites. What we offer

  • Update and download documents from relevant sources and knowledge of interconnection among them
  • Creation, maintenance and change of electronic folders in a specialized system (e-Folders) for Henkel subcontractors
  • Monitoring and tracking of different documentation needed for subcontractors in order to ensure timely and qualitative production
  • Creation & distribution of supportive reports connected with data tracking and process optimization
  • Active cooperation with stakeholders from Beauty Care division, contract manufacturers and other departments within SSC (Master data, Purchasing) 

Who we are looking for

  • University degree with Economical or Technical background
  • Fresh Graduates are also suitable for this role
  • Active knowledge of English language
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge would be beneficial
  • Analytical thinking, attention to details, communication skills and discipline in fulfilling deadlines
