The Recruitment Team is responsible for attraction and recruitment of talented people, as well as for the local analysis, planning, facilitation and implementation of best practices to support Henkel’s vision and strategic goals.

What we offer

  • Main contact point for hiring managers and candidates for all recruitment related topics

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in active Recruitment is a must
  • Advanced level of Slovak and English is a must, other language is very welcome
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools, mainly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly partnership oriented, strong in communication and negotiation
  • Open-minded, friendly and polite, able to adapt quickly
  • Previous experience from multicultural environment is an advantage
