Your role

Technically support implementation of new finance procedures, including settings in SAP system for accounts payable processes and transfer of open payables to new system
Responsible for analysis of processes, identification of optimization opportunities
Develop designs as basis for IT related system improvements
Proactively identify and solve project risks as well as define areas for testing and conduct tests of new system and process solutions
Monitor and control the project execution in line with the project plan
Design of training material and conduction of trainings
Implement standard processes to newly acquired acquisitions
Report status of your projects in front of team and management on a national and international basis

Your skills

Education in the respective field would be an adantage
Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
Good accounting knowledge
Good SAP/Oracle knowledge
Excel and PowerPoint knowledge intermediate or above
Experience with project management or in process improvements is an advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills
Result oriented team player
