Your role

  • Technically support implementation of new finance procedures, including settings in SAP system for accounts payable processes and transfer of open payables to new system
  • Responsible for analysis of processes, identification of optimization opportunities
  • Develop designs as basis for IT related system improvements
  • Proactively identify and solve project risks as well as define areas for testing and conduct tests of new system and process solutions
  • Monitor and control the project execution in line with the project plan
  • Design of training material and conduction of trainings
  • Implement standard processes to newly acquired acquisitions
  • Report status of your projects in front of team and management on a national and international basis

Your skills

  • Education in the respective field would be an adantage
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Good SAP/Oracle knowledge
  • Excel and PowerPoint knowledge intermediate or above
  • Experience with project management or in process improvements is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Result oriented team player
