The Junior Patent Information Assistant in Bratislava is responsible for searching and assessing patents and other scientific & technical literature and providing evaluated and condensed information. As this task is deeply embedded in Henkel’s product development process it contributes significantly to creating and securing innovation.

  • Monitoring of competitive market leaders patents
  • Evaluation and analysis of the data according to relevancy
  • Responsibility for area of Adhesive Technologies (buildings, industrial, stationery, etc.)
  • Communication, cooperation and reporting to the Patent Department in Düsseldorf, Germany


Who we are looking for

  • Active knowledge of English language is a must, knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of organic chemistry
  • Experience with searching the documents in any Databases (Science Direct, Scopus, Scirus, Espacenet, etc.) is very welcomed
  • Detail oriented, self-organized, responsible
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Team player
  • User knowledge of MS Office
