Our Business Application Support (BAS) Team supports the worldwide user community of 3 different applications and 2 business units across different departments. The main responsibilities include solving user issues, maintaining the work of business applications and user authorizations. Additionally, the BAS specialist is responsible for the processing of new information and changes in the system, as well as tool performance monitoring. This position requires daily communication not only with the users, but with the process owners in HQ as well. BAS specialist maintains and oversees the system to ensure that all the users have a seamless and ideal conditions for working with the tool. Team consists of motivated and passionate individuals that are keen to welcome their future colleague.
