- Administrative support for the customer service department
- Data management in the system
- Documentation handling and storing in respective folders
- Support by the ordering procedures
- Supporting ad-hoc requests conected with administartion
- Proposing updates to process documentation / enhancement
Your skills
- Student of the University - ideally in area of Economy or other respektive field
- Active knowledge of English language
- Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently as well as within the team
- Attention to detail, sense of accountability and flexibility
- Communication and interpersonal skills
