Your role

Development and updating of existing global mobility process for multistate workers within the Company on global level
Identification of personal income taxation, corporate income taxation and transfer pricing risks faced by multistate workers and the Company
Performing tax, social security, immigration and labor law due diligence to ensure compliance with local regulations
Cooperation with payroll and tax advisor to ensure best payroll solutions is provided
Cooperation among involved departments and external providers, i.e. Controlling, Finance Tax Group, HR, Payroll, Tax Advisors
Internal policy interpretation and advice
Coordination of tax returns and tax reconciliations

Your skills

Experience in corporate or personal income tax is a MUST
Knowledge of payroll / shadow payroll is an advantage
Fluent in English language
Accurate, process and data oriented person
Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and very good at process related questions
Excellent in communication and flexible to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countrie
Open-minded with the capability to work flexibly within a team
Strong in keeping deadlines and complying with guidelines
