Your role

  • HR data entry and maintenance (e.g. hiring, time attendance, employees personal data, transfers)
  • Preparation of various HR reports and presentations
  • Creation of job letters, certificates and contracts for respective HR Key Account Manager
  • Distribution of documents to managers, employees and within the HR department
  • Support in all activities that are held by the HR department

Your skills

  • University student
  • Fluent in English language
  • Good level of MS Excel is an advantage
  • Ensuring integrity and accuracy of data
  • Open-minded person with the capability to work flexibly in an intercultural environment
  • Self-reliant person who can handle situations under time pressure
  • Communicative and pro-active in reporting back status of tasks
