Your role

  • Monitoring of blocked deliveries and blocked orders, investigation of issues & addressing of corrective actions; support of 10 departments across One Global Supply Chain Europe & North America
  • Handling of not released invoices & ensuring fulfillment of 24-hour legal requirement between customer invoice & intercompany invoice release
  • Collection of logistics complaints, monitoring of the case, steering of approval process and Credit note & Debit note creation
  • Project support & Interfacing and communicating with Business process owners, Global & Local Logistics controllers in Henkel affiliated companies across greater Europe
  • Drive continuous improvement of service and process performance as well as support improvements through identification of best practice, harmonization and knowledge management

Your skills

  • University degree in Economics, Finance or Supply chain area
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling, Logistics or Finace area
  • Fluent level of English language, German is an advantage
  • Advanced level of MS Excel and SAP knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, proactive way of working and clear sense of ownership with the ability to work individually
  • Flexibility, adaptability to changes, accuracy and attention to details
