Your role

Ensuring sales orders are entered into the system on time for all entry channels
Daily cooperation with colleagues, native speakers from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country
Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
Supporting requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally

Your skills

Candidates interested in a part-time position (daily support - ideally from 7:30/8:00 to 11:30/12:00)
At least an intermediate level of Spanish and English language
Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel skills
Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
Ability to prioritize, accuracy and attention to detail
