Your role

Handling incoming consumer contacts (mail, e-mail, phone) according to predefined subjects
Handling complaints concerning product appearance, performance, packaging, material damage etc. including handling of adjustments according to approved limits
Recommending local retailers for product distribution
Handling requests for samples & promotional articles
Giving advice about usage of complete product portfolio
Collecting information and entering data in applications
Sensitivity for critical issues and their routing to Coordinator

Your skills

German language on expert level is a must
English language is welcome
Experience in consumer service is an advantage
Knowledge of Henkel products, experience with running a household (laundry care & home care)
Good PC skills (MS Office) and capability of multitasking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team and service oriented
