Quality & Continuous Improvement Team drives operational excellence through enabling process optimization, coordinating ISO certification, implementing quality program, supporting process automation and strengthening overall continuous improvement and quality culture.

What we offer

  • Management & successful delivery of ISO program (trainings, workshops, coaching) and support in strategic projects
  • Acting as a first point of contact and a knowledge expert in ISO program
  • Providing onboarding, training and coaching of ISO
  • Supporting strategic project identification, prioritization for all processes including concept development, stakeholder alignment & implementation
  • Supporting Heads of Shared Service Centers and Global Delivery Managers in delivery of ISO targets
  • Growing sustainable talent pipeline for ISO, within the team and the organization

Who we are looking for

  • Finished at least Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent level of English language (written & spoken)
  • Very good knowledge of ISO 9001 is required
  • Advanced level of MS Office
  • Very good leadership, communication and coaching skills (able not only to manage but also inspire and guide the employees)
  • Good project management skills (able to set the milestones, keep the deadlines and coordinate others in the project)
  • Reliable, communicative, positive and stress resistant professional who is motivated and willing to learn & continuously work on increasing the expertise
