- Support of Sales, Category Management and Marketing departments located in Spain and Portugal
- Responsibility for the independent production of Financial reporting, Category reporting and Market Shares reporting
- Administrative support
- Advanced on-demand data analysis activities in the area of Marketing & Sales
- Transformation of obsolete reports via the new available technologies
- Engaged in achieving Customer’s satisfaction
Your skills
- University or College Degree
- Previous experience in business administration area is an advantage
- English language on advanced level
- Spanish language on intermediate level (B1,B2), Portuguese is welcome
- Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, VBA, even PowerBI is very welcome
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- Communication and interpersonal skills – customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels
