Bank Accounting team, currently consisting of 6 members, provides banking services for European Henkel affiliated companies. Beside daily activities such as post-processing of electronic bank statements in SAP and reconciliation of bank account balances, team is in charge of various financial operations, for example intercompany loans and hedges postings, In-house banking and cash-pooling. By proper processing and reconciliation activities team ensures that accounting ledgers in SAP agree with the real bank balances and thereby contributes to daily and periodical accounting closing process. Team is also responsible for preparation of Treasury reports based on which company makes important financial risk management related decisions. On top to bank activities team participates on monthly GA closing and partake on the preparation of monthly and quarterly internal financial statements. Beside operational responsibilities team members have plenty of opportunities to enhance their skills and satisfy status-quo questioning minds by working on various projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in the field of Economics or Accounting
  • Advanced level of English language is a MUST
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Effective, problem solving and detail-oriented person with Process and analytical thinking
  • Experience in a multinational company and environment is an advantage.
