Local HR department is supporting all departments and business units of Henkel Slovensko. With more than 1200 employees and constant growth we are in daily contact not only with the management but also with our employees in order to solve different and diverse topics.

What we offer

  • Active support of the Payroll manager and contact person for employees in different payroll tasks and topics, income tax return and health insurance support, online holiday system, sick leave maintenance etc.
  • Responsible for communication with social and health insurance
  • Maintenance of the entry and exit procedure of employees, dealing with different requests of employees and other HR related task
  • Monthly reporting of different HR data, statistical reports requested by HR Manager and active support in specialized reports

Who we are looking for

  • College, preferably Business Administration
  • Active knowledge of English and Slovak language
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with administrative support on HR department or payroll experience at least 2 years is a MUST
  • Functional knowledge of SAP modules within payroll
  • Professional and responsible approach to work
  • Flexible, detail-oriented person with skill to prioritize, organize and time management
  • Work as back-up for maternity leave
  • Agency outsourced contract
  • Employment as a part time job is also possible
