Our Shared Service Centre in Bratislava is now enlarging its Team Assistance department for the Henkel Adhesives division. Become a member of this young fast growing team and take your part in building up your professional career in the area of administrative support for international top management. What we offer

  • Planning and scheduling of events and trainings for Henkel suppliers
  • Organizing facilities and managing all event’s details
  • Proactive handling of any problems on the event day
  • Participation in business trips to Germany
  • Conducting of pre- and post – event evaluations and reporting on outcomes
  • Promotion of the events and trainings on our internal social media website
  • Communication and cooperation with suppliers and top management
  • Responsibility for SharePoint survey administration
  • Scheduling meetings for AR Supplier Innovation team

Who we are looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience on a similar position is required
  • Excellent level of English language (verbal and written form) is a MUST
  • Higher education or University degree
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point)
