Your role

  • Responsible for execution and support of the reporting activities in the area of HR Reporting
  • Working on specification and preparation of multiple standardized reports
  • Assuring the quality of the reported data delivered to the whole community within Henkel, including top management
  • Providing on-demand reports and analyses
  • Supports initiatives related to increase efficiency

Your skills

  • Business related education with and emphasis in Economics, Controlling, Finance or similar subject
  • Profound knowledge of MS Excel (VBA, Power Pivot, Power BI is an advantage but not a must)
  • Accuracy and attention to details, reliability, ability to work under pressure
  • Advanced level in English (fluent in oral and written form)
  • Energy, drive and determination to succeed
  • Excellent analytical skills, affinity toward figures
  • Must be versatile and adaptable to changes
  • Ability to work independently
