- Takeover and preparation of the reports related to planning and logistic, according to the business partner instructions and needs
- Creation of the new reports based on criteria given by the business partner, regular distribution of reports based on the agreed timeline
- Proactive analyzing of reports aimed at standardization and innovation, define the areas with potential for automation
- Data processing, cleansing, development of custom data models,
- Communication with business partners in case of errors, missing data or proposals for improvements
- Ensure that all process steps are performed in line with the Service Level Agreement
- Support the business partners in initiatives related to increase of efficiency
Your skills
- University degree with economical or technical background
- Similar working experience (data analysis, reporting) is a plus
- Advanced MS Excel and VBA skills; SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Good technical, self-organizational and communication skills, discipline in fulfilling deadline
- Attention to details, accountability for performed tasks
- Active knowledge of English language
