Located within the Shared Service Centre Bratislava, Digital Marketing Coordinator performs as an internal service provider for the Henkel Digital Marketing organization (Global Digital team in the HQ as well as local managers by providing internal clients with performance of day to day support, qualitative and quantitative information, coordination and services related to digital marketing, such as online campaign coordination, online support, social network analysis and best practice exchange.

What we offer

  • Managing Henkel’s global web-campaigns and brand homepages by communicating actively with local design agencies and countries’ marketing teams
  • Interacting with global and local brand teams in all our countries
  • Supporting the cascading of global campaign masters (webpages, banners, etc) to the countries and assuring they are localized (adapted by the countries)
  • Collecting local campaigns from countries for possible globalization
  • Best practices sharing via Digital Newsletter and Yammer
  • Managing independently the internet activities and presence with the international marketing unit in the headquarters
  • Analyzing and interpreting the results of our online campaigns vs. the other advertising and promotion tools
  • Being consultant as first contact for countries’ marketing teams on day-to-day base
  • Competitor Analysis, Social Media activities analysis, Ad-hoc requests

Who we are looking for

  • University or College education in Business Administration/ (Digital) Marketing / Communication is an advantage
  • Active level of English language is a MUST
  • 1+ year experience in digital marketing and/or social media management is an advantage
  • User skills of MS Office (esp. Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills are essential, preferably in digital marketing
  • Business understanding with emphasis on marketing, online marketing, web-shops and web analytics
  • Initiative and inner drive to bring things forward and strong, pro-active communication
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate data and provide recommendation to top management
