- Preparation, setup and administration of electronic eSourcing tenders - requests for quotations (RfQ), information (RfI) and proposals (RfP) within Henkel eSourcing tool for logistics purchasing activities
- Analysis & consolidation of RfI/RfQ related bids, documents and data
- Regular reporting for logistics purchasers & corporate logistics purchasing organization in our headquarter
- Analysis & support within Henkel´s internal planning and statistics tools on regular basis
- Support analysis about supplier self-assessment, Supplier evaluation, Tender behavior reports within Henkel Supplier relationship program
- Support global Purchasing Organization in initiatives related to increase of efficiency in the area of Logistics
- Support in the generation of sourcing events in the cycle plan
Your skills
- University education in a related field to economics/finance/purchasing/logistics/supply chain
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably purchasing, in an international company
- Fluent English skills (Verbal and written)
- Good MS Office skills, advanced Excel skills
- Proactive communication style, customer service approach with the ability to interact with contacts from different countries and different managerial levels
- Energy, drive and determination to succeed and to reach challenging targets
- Working independently and be imaginative; thinking outside the box; identifying process improvements
