Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Lead and support the implementation of the Lean culture across all organizational levels,
• Shared responsibility for the continuous improvement of PD and KPI results,
• Provide the resources needed for Kaizen events,
• Responsibility for Kaizen events financial costs,
• Lead the process of planning, executing, and sustaining the Kaizen events in the company,
• Lead the certification of Kaizen Leaders and Master Black Belts (MBB),
• Identification and development of talents in Lean tools,
• Organize monthly PD & Operations review meetings,
• Lead the organization's countermeasures process,
• Lead internal and external communication in the field of continuous improvement,
• Collaborate and support colleagues within Fortive Corporation.
