Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Management of customer orders (processing the orders in the system, follow up of open orders, delivery dates, expedition dates, providing up to date information)
• Daily communication with customers via phone or e-mail (new orders, status of open orders, actual delivery time, basic technical support, information about expedition and goods delivery, solving different customer requirements)
• Daily communication with sales department, production planning, logistics department – material planning, external logistics
• Communication with quality department regarding, R&D department, finance department
• Definition of priorities for production based on customers’ inputs
• Customer data management in SAP
• Admin support in customer claims
• Participation in Kaizens and process improvements
