Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Leadership and implementation support of the lean culture across the organization
• Support for continuous improvement of KPIs and company results
• Ensure equipment necessary for Kaizen events
• Responsibility for Kaizen event's finance planning
• Support of planning, realization and sustainment of Kaizen events at the operating company, including the administration
• Talent identification and development in lean/growth tools
• Participation at the company countremeasure process
• Internal and external communication within the Fortive business system
• Cooperation with colleagues across the Fortive operating companies
• Support for continuous improvement of KPIs and company results
