Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensure legally compliant import and export for the traded metals
- Issue all documents accompanying cargo, control customs declarations and delivery documents
- Prepare LC
- Follow the ETD/ETA for all cargo
- Assist in booking transport land and sea freight
- Coordinate with warehouses stock and releases
- Monitor the preferential calculations and EUR1 certificate for European material
- Communication with carriers
- Issuance of accompanying documentation
- Bill of lading control
- Close cooperation with Traders on daily level and constant update on the orders status
- Data management and Data entry (SAP and Sales Cloud clients, materials and deals data)
- Cost tracking and invoice approval for all booked transports and customs clearances
- Optimization of the costs and alternative routes proposals
- Packaging and labeling instructions
- Coordination with all Heneken Group companies and employees
