Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently recruiting for IT Bar Engineers to work on our client’s site in Bratislava. A successful Engineer will be experienced in working in a ticket environment, performing against SLA’s whilst providing the highest level of customer service within the follow requirements :

Key Role Activities

• Provide 2nd end user computing support for hardware and software related issues
• Able to work under pressure
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong service and customer ethic
• Conscientious and motivated
• Handover customer to responsible engineer and check-in that resolution is on track
• Ensure all data and knowledge is captured
• Act as first point of contact for all customers
• Own the customers experience throughout their visit from entry to exit (ensuring this experience is positive)
• Triage the customers issue, question or request and identify the correct engineer for the resolution
• Manage peak periods through queue management and call back scheduling
• Authorise all spares and new equipment requests
• Set expectations with customers on extended sessions and where a My IT Remedy request may be required
• Deal with customer dissatisfaction on the bar and follow-up with customers when feedback is lower than average
• Maintain a positive team on the bar through interaction with the engineers

• Min 1 years IT experience
• Min 1 years Deskside Support experience
• Experience of delivering VIP IT support
• Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, & IT Processes
• Good English written and spoken as well as local languages
