Service Delivery Manager (m/f)

- You will plan, control and implement international IT projects (operative and strategic)
- You will be responsible for the compliance of Service Level Agreements (SLA) within your projects, recognise optimisation requirements in processes/services and initiate the necessary steps
- You will be the connection between customers and your employees (project team, technicians)
- You will act as SPOC for implementing and maintaining new projects in CZ.

You already...

- have experience in IT service management and dealing with customers
- think and act like an entrepreneur with the ability to make decisions on your own
- excellent English skills and you are willing to travel as and when required
