Our team is expanding rapidly and we are looking for Invoicing Specialist!
Main tasks:
- Processing of incoming primary documentation
- Entering incoming invoices into accounting programs.
- Entering outgoing invoices.
- Control and payment of lease agreements, entering lease agreements in the accounting program.
- Communication with your colleagues from different offices and departments.
- Work in the corporate ERP system.
We are on the same track if:
• You speak Russian + Slovak (A2), knowledge of English will be an advantage.
• Ready to work full time from Monday to Friday from the office.
• Stress-resistant, responsible, attentive to details, willing to work for results.
• Communicative, able to work in a team and independently.
