Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who operates on a global level. This dynamic individual will be responsible for key account management, as well as business development. The position offers the opportunity to work with diverse cultures and markets, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer support, including traveling to customers around the world
  • Project management, including contract evaluation and negotiation
  • Communication with various internal departments within the company
  • Evaluation of technical and commercial inquiries and preparation of quotations
  • Responding to customer inquiries via web-based tools
  • Obtaining customer approvals for equipment and accompanying customers during audits
  • Accompanying customers during production acceptances
  • Participation in international trade fairs and symposia

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experience in the sales of technically complex products
  • SAP and Microsoft Office skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • Good English skills (required)
  • Experience in electrical engineering, technical ceramics, or insulation technology is an advantage
