Our customer is expanding its presence in Europe with a new manufacturing facility in Žilina, Slovakia. To support their growth, we are exclusively searching for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisitions in the automotive sector across Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, France, Germany, Spain, and Romania.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in an international environment, enjoys extensive travel, and is eager to contribute to the expansion of a leading automotive plastics supplier.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that supports the company’s operational goals, maximises efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new customers in the automotive sector (OEMs & Tier 1 suppliers).
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities across multiple European markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Our customer is a globally recognized South Korean manufacturing company specializing in high-quality plastic components for the automotive industry. With a strong presence across Korea, China, India, Mexico, and Slovakia, our customer is a trusted supplier to leading automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers worldwide. As part of its European expansion, the company has recently opened a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Žilina, Slovakia, further strengthening its position in the market.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the automotive industry (preferably in plastic components or related sectors).
  • A strong network within European automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and independent work style, capable of driving business growth.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, France, Germany, Spain, Romania) and occasionally (annual business meeting) to South Korea.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
