Our customer is expanding its presence in Europe with a new manufacturing facility in Žilina, Slovakia. To support their growth, we are exclusively searching for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive new customer acquisitions in the automotive sector across Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, France, Germany, Spain, and Romania.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in an international environment, enjoys extensive travel, and is eager to contribute to the expansion of a leading automotive plastics supplier.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that supports the company’s operational goals, maximises efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new customers in the automotive sector (OEMs & Tier 1 suppliers).
- Identify and pursue business opportunities across multiple European markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Personality requirements and skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the automotive industry (preferably in plastic components or related sectors).
- A strong network within European automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and independent work style, capable of driving business growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, France, Germany, Spain, Romania) and occasionally (annual business meeting) to South Korea.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
