Senior Research Manager & Data Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior Research Manager & Data Consultant to join Real Estate Research Unit. This position specializes in rented residential asset classes (Student Housing, Built-to-Rent, Co-living) and includes research, strategic consulting and client management. The position offers future management responsibilities and is therefore ideal for candidates looking to lead a team and manage strategic projects.

The company helps clients improve the quality, accessibility and transparency of the real estate market through data tools and advisory services. The candidate will play a key role in executing research projects, providing analytical outputs and managing client relationships.

• Leading, mentoring and supporting junior colleagues in conducting research, including training them in research methodology and techniques
• Conduct research projects in the areas of student housing, co-living and BTR, with the main focus on data collection, analysis and interpretation using the Data Platform
• Preparing insightful reports, forecasts and strategic recommendations for clients based on the information gathered
• Responsibility for managing research projects from planning to finalization with emphasis on quality, efficiency and meeting deadlines
• Proactively communicating with clients, understanding their research needs and presenting outputs to ensure their practical applicability
• Collaborating with analysts and senior consultants to improve research processes and the quality of deliverables
• Contributing to the strategic development of the research department by identifying new business opportunities and innovating research methodologies.
• Active participation in professional events, conferences and webinars to represent the company and strengthen its position in the market
