Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Communication with clients regarding the status of current positions, new assignments, organization
of job interviews
• Maintaining client relationships in the assigned region
• Active acquisition of new clients in the assigned region
• Active search for candidates for higher – level positions through internal and external databases
• Daily communication in English with clients and candidates (verbal and written form)
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Advertising and updating job opportunities on social media
• Organization of job interviews
• Creating candidate profiles
• Reporting of activities

If we want to continue in growing our quality of service, we need an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who undergoes thorough training, examines our processes and after proper onboarding and integration, takes on the responsibilities of finding the best talent on the market.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Have min. 3 years of experience on similar positions of Recruiter / Internal Recruiter / HR Consultant
in searching of higher qualified positions
• Experience with sourcing on social media (LinkedIn)
• High mental resistance, ability to cope with stressful situations
• Very effective time-management skills
• Time flexibility
• Business awareness and thinking
• Excellent communication skills and client - oriented approach
• Proactive personality
• Result oriented
• Multitasking ability
• English is a must – B2 or higher – on communication level
• Experience with leadership is an advantage
