Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new position Payroll and Mobility specialist for our client.

As a member of HQ HR Services team you will be responsible for processing payroll for several slovak companies as well as administrating international mobility agenda. You will also provide general support to the HQ HR team and employees with specific labour and social legislation support.

• running complete payroll agenda for defined companies within the group
• administrating international assignment processes and agenda
• communicate with employees on the matters related to payroll and with line manager when collecting payroll inputs
• communicate with external tax and mobility advisors
• communicate with state authorities
• communicate with broader HR team (HR Business partners, HR Services team)
• co-operate on the preparation of all documentation related to employee international mobility with external advisor
• co-operates on the preparation of all labour documentation with other team members
• prepares all necessary legal documents and calculations related to employee international assignments
• European documentation for employees on foreign assignments
• Administrates and files all employment contracts and work-related legal documents, including work permits for the respective employees

Personality requirements and skills

• 5 years in payroll function
• At least 1 year working experience in international mobility administration area
• Team player, however able to work independently
• Project management
