Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are now hiring for our client, successful real-estate development company operating on an international level. The company with €1.2 billion of capital, a €7.1 billion pipeline and 800 talented people, which is shaping Europe’s real estate landscape.

• Transfer pricing compliance (transfer pricing documentation, intercompany agreements)
• Intercompany price setting (align prices of goods and services within Group with market prices)
• Tax and Transfer pricing audit support when required (data mining, analysis preparation etc.)
• Monitoring the local transfer pricing legislation, and the development of OECD and EU transfer pricing regulatory framework
• Communication with the local tax advisors in relation to the transfer pricing matters
• Communication with the local countries tax/ accounting/ finance departments
• Countries to cover – Luxembourg, Netherlands, UK, Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary
• Member of Group HQ tax team

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Personality requirements and skills

• University education (Master's degree), field of study Legal, Mathematics, Economics (with focus on taxation, international trade or finance)
• Language skills: Slovak or Czech native, English – advanced
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently (no micro-management required)
• Strong logical reasoning abilities and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented person (ability to handle small pieces of information with accuracy)
• Methodological approach to work
• Person not afraid to ask
• Team player able to lead and work well with others on projects
• A passion for working with numbers, data collection and data analysis
• Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel is a must)
• At least 1+ years of work experience in the finance area required
