Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Month – end closing preparation
• Monthly financial reporting of the site, including comments on budget variances and recommended actions
• Operational reporting & analysis (explanation of scrap, labor & overhead costs)
• Preparation of budget and monthly forecasts of income statement
• Calculations of costs of new products, payback period of new investments, margin follow-up, inventory etc...
• Supervision of cost controls and suggestion of corrective actions
• Development of dashboards
• Analysis of the financial situation on specific topics
• Communication with auditors

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

From 1.500 EUR brutto, depends on candidates experience

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• Min. 3 years of experience with Cost Controlling and Financial Reporting in industrial environment (ideally automotive)
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Fluent Slovak, both verbal and written
• MS Excel – expert
• Good SAP knowledge
• Analytical and diligent
• Team player
• Self –motivated, able to work independently
