Job description, responsibilities and duties
In respect with policy and standards of automotive the APU Manager is responsible to manage his production unit to achieve targeted level of Profitability, Quality, and Delivery Service. In addition he has the functional responsibility over Maintenance & Process to assure an outstanding level of equipment Stability, Safety, Ergonomics and cost efficiency.
MAIN ACTIVITIES MANAGEMENT
• To be a member of the plant steering committee.
• To assure the liaison in between the Plant Management and his team and is the Plant representative outside of the plant in front of his customers and suppliers
• To make an assessment of the team members performance, set continuous progress objectives, and assure the evolution of his team performance (training, promotion, job rotating).
• To control the compliance of his team and apply all internal/external regulations.
• To manage internal budget, and be able to propose adjustment for his team personal and department costs, pending on planning demand.
• To assure the highest level of security and safety in the execution of his daily job, and maintain the similar level for his team members during the day-to-day operating business.
