We are looking for a talented, passionate and responsible Office Experience Manager for our client, internationally well established real-estate development company.

The candidate will be responsible for end to end operation and office experice . This full-time position will report directly to the Office Management Teamleader and will allow for the individual to be a part of the most innovative space in the country. Being part of company will allow for the individual to get to know one of the most innovative developer in CEE and moreover local startup and corporate ecosystem.

Office Experience Manager will support the Office Management Teamleader
to achieve the following:

• To ensure creation of welcoming environment for our colleagues and external guests
• To build trust across the organization by being a good listener and working with feedback from employees/visitors to improve the space and operations
• Be responsible for leading and training Welcome Staff and Administrative Office Support and for their performance review
• To ensure, that the whole company space is fully operational and all
the processes are running smoothly
• Communicate and procure suppliers (Hotel Corporate rates, Taxi, fruit, office supplies, cleaning company…)
• Cooperate very close with Community management regarding employees´ needs and internal events
• Ensure that the space is kept at high standards and report demages/problems to Asset management
