Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are now hiring for our client, successful real-estate development company, the position of Expansion Manager.
The added value of the position is to search and target investment opportunities abroad (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic ect.)
• Active search for development and investment opportunities (Office buildings, Retail, Residential)
• Modeling of acquisition opportunities including permitting strategy, technical and economic aspects of the projects, negotiating with banks, exit strategies
• Due diligence - ownership, permitting and technical audits of potential opportunities
• Case by case (acquisition opportunity based) presentations to main shareholder and Board of Directors
• Coordinating work of internal architects, development managers and lawyers
• Negotiation, Deal Structuring
• Location mapping, market reserach, networking
