Architecture Specialist

We are now hiring for our client, successful real-estate development company operating on an international level.
The added value of the role - Architecture Specialist is in creation of the world-class design on all commercial projects across respective markets.
We are looking for an open-minded candidate with required skilles.

Responsibilities:
- Proposing visually attractive and functional design in cooperation with Product Design managers, general designer and service´s designers based on criteria and inputs of all Project team stakeholders
- Integrating inputs on different criteria of the project (e.g. market offer, market standard, technical limits and quality, investment and operation costs levels, etc.) and co-creates best possible solutions in regard to Business logic of the project;
- Co-creating architecture and design of a project.
- Co-creating unique selling points to differentiate the project.
- In cooperation with Architect and Local commercial specialist provides modifications of architectural design solutions, proposes alternatives, looks for innovations;
- Provides quidance to general designer in respect to proposed solutions in phases of Business Concept.
- Providing architectural, commercial and technical consultancy to Project team and third parties (incl. prospective tenants).
