Construction Business Planning Manager & Project management

In terms of Project Management:
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring the feasibility of the project
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered as approved, within scope and within budget

In terms of Business Planning:
• Guidance and cooperation to Development Managers or other Project team members regarding Business Planning process
• Checking on compliance of the project’s progress with approved business plan
• Managing und updating the Business Planning Process itself (routines and tools)

In terms of Project Journey Guidance (PJ Workshops, Follow-ups, Development meeting days):
• Providing guidance and consultancy to Development Managers regarding project journey (phases, activities, routines, tools, roles) and setting the project objectives in line with company strategy
• Managing the Project Journey Workshops organization
• Participating in Project Journey Handbook updates
