Based on our dynamic growth , Hays has a current requirement for an experienced Recruitment Manager, who will be accountable for overall performance of specific countries within a high profile RPO service for one of our main European Clients.
Your new responsibilities:
Accountable for operational staffing delivery into Sloviakia
Operational management of recruiters, sourcing partners and admin partners
Responsible for achieving account KPIs via management of recruiter performance on defined KPIs
Evaluation of sourcing tools and interface with sourcing teams to ensure Hays can attract a wide variety of candidate profiles for our client
Direct contact with senior client stakeholders to evaluate and enhance delivery
Proactive approach to driving operational efficiency including robust management of E2E req process with staffing team and business / HR stakeholders
Regular review of recruiter achievements via analysis of KPIs, daily operational activities and structured appraisal system
Responsible for conducting requisition review calls on weekly basis to discuss and recommend input needed to fill open requisitions
High focus on data integrity during cutover preparation and migration to new ATS
Close liaison with sourcing management and HTS account leadership to ensure operational excellence in designated area
