Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your new role
- contact for employees, managers and HR community in Slovenian market.
- provide high quality response/support to all HR related queries
- maintain HR data via SAP system
- escalate requests directly to the appropriate experts (if they cannot be resolved)
- guide and become the second reference point for HR Customer Care Specialists for HR processes and SAP related queries
- contribute to projects and to provide support during the transition period

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and Slovenian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What you'll need to succeed
- experience in HR field, ideally from international/global/ SSC company (long lasting experience from customer care can be sufficient)
- knowledge of English and Slovenian language is required
- experience with SAP ERP system
