Our very important client, the global company standing at the forefront of medical technology, is currently looking for a Product Support Specialist with Romanian to join their international team in Prague.



Your new role:



You will be responsible for providing product oriented support for customers from Romania. Mainly you will be responding to incoming inquiries (phone, e-mail) from customers concerning product operation, troubleshooting, warranty questions, etc. Moreover, you will be in charge of following up with troubleshooting, all related documentation.



What you'll need to succeed:



As the successful candidates you should be an English speaking friendly, customer-oriented and empathetic person with at least 1+ year of experience in Customer Support. Fluent Romanian (B2-C1) is a must.
