Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this role you will be responsible for all administration tasks with a focus on the preparation of Lease documentation, preparing title office applications, reviewing surveyed plans, liaising with solicitors, creating and maintaining a lease register database, liaising with clients, providing update emails/ letters and Instructing solicitors to prepare draft and final Lease documentation and checking for accuracy. This role requires you to utilise your existing Lease Administration knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Invoicing - advanced
Single-entry bookkeeping - basic

Personality requirements and skills

To apply for this position, you like to have previous experience within Lease Administration and exceptional attention to detail. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume work environment and have the ability to pick things up quickly. You will need to have a high level of attention to detail to ensure consistency with the lease documentation. Candidates with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and previous experience in a Legal setting will be highly regarded.
