Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our very important client, one of the world's leading integrated telecommunications companies, is currently looking for an IFRS Financial Closing Senior Expert with Polish to join their financial team in Brno in the Czech Republic.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages according to IFRS, support in implementation of new IFRS requirements, coordination of closing process and support of the international transition of accounting activities from national operating companies, etc.
What you'll need to succeed:
As the successful candidates you will hold a degree in in Accounting or Finance, will have fluent Polish and 2+ years of experience in Accounting, good knowledge of the international standards (IFRS, US GAAP), complex accounting, excellent analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and company practices. Additional knowledge of Polish GAAP is an advantage.
