Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer of braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles.
For their new IT Hub in Liberec they are looking for :

Job Description:
- 2nd Level Support of our PPM-System and all related core business processes Europe wide
- Configuration and support of Interfaces to other modules or applications
- Troubleshooting incident and problem resolution, delivery of daily support tasks and ad-hoc changes
- Preventative maintenance tasks to ensure IT systems are operational and secure, and to prevent future incidents
- Participate in cross-regional and functional meetings or workshops
- Management of new systems requirements, new service processes or changes
- Draft, define and align concepts and specifications of harmonized business processes together w. IT and business responsible

Improvements and harmonization for `project management´:
- Realization and implementation of released concepts and specifications
- Create, execute and lead testing, validation and acceptance by IT and business responsible
- Participate in Rollout projects within the global IT community, also as Sub-Project Lead
- Training of End Users, Key User and Project-Members / Participate and contribute to global Key-User Community
- Create, maintain and update user- and system documentation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- min. 2 years professional work experience with SAP PPM (preferably on PPM 6.1)
- profound knowledge in Project Management and related tools (e.g. MS Project Server, SAP PS)
- good experience in IT Application Management

Additional Qualification:
- IT Change- und Requirements Management
- ability to confidently communicate in English (spoken and written), additional german language skills welcome
- MS Office Toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
