Supplier Development Engineer

* Cooperates with Purchasing and other departments (Quality, Production, logistics...) by solving supplier´s issues in serial production.
* Is responsible for potential suppliers´evaluation
* Performs new suppliers audits and oversees audit remedies
* Monitors and reports on the state of development of new products at suppliers, cooperats with Global Supplier Quality dpt.
* Actively participates in solving suppliers claims including revision of suppliers 8D, checks the effectiveness of corrective actions directly at the supply plant, if necessary
* Is responsible for the performance of process audits and system supplier audits according to approved annual plan
* Is responsible for implementing improvement programs at suppliers
* Is responsible for data accuracy in internal system for recording suppliers (Reportcard)
* Is responsible for regular reporting of supplier performance and escalation process
