Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Regular review of claims (R / S1000, C / S1000, common claims)
• Data collection and analysis, Quality Reporting
• Manage Supplier Warranty Claims
• Regular review of quality performance in line with established quality objectives
• Analysis of claimed components, participation in improvement and evaluation of measures effectiveness (customer, workshop, laboratory, etc.)
• Perform reliability and measurement tests
• Perform continuous improvement activities leading to customer satisfaction
• Compliance with quality processes in accordance with ISO / TS 16949.
